Hi again!
I'm double posting today because I had two projects featured. So if you've missed the altered journal and vine tutorial go here.
First we have a cute/silly layout of my baby Liberty again at her first birthday party.
This pic was taken at the end of her party. We had the kids tear down the streamers they had decorated with and they decided to redecorate with them instead.
Obviously they thought liberty needed more than a diaper on...

| Scrap Fx products used: "adorable" wordlet instant frame hat and horn (party embellishment pack) trident flourish I'm entering this into the challenge over at Scrap Fit for the "make your own poloroid" challenge...nothing like entering these challenges last minute, right? :) You have until tomorrow to enter into the challenge for a chance to win $25 to My favorite things store. |
Since the picture was a little awkward after fussy cutting I decided to hide it by adding real streamers around her.
Here's a few close-ups...
The pearly bling is from Want2Scrap...they make it so easy!

| For the texture on the hat and background I used a Gauche Alchemy heart punchinella as a stencil with modeling paste and gel medium. |
I just loved this pic! She was is so full of animated faces. She is the cutest (yes, I'm partial) funniest little girl that I know! I seriously look at her (and her brother of course) everday and wonder what I did to deserve such an awesome kid(s)!
Now onto the grungy card...
Products used:
I used an awesome couture creations embossing folder that I purchased through scacd as well to get that galvanized metal look.
Thats it for today!
Thanks for stopping by.
Hope you have a great weekend!
