Punky Scraps #36 "Snow Kissed"

Hi. Hope everyone has had a great weekend and an even better start to your weekend!  Its time for a new challenge at Punky Scraps.  Since December is such a CRAZY busy month, Nat has combined all 3 challenges into one big challenge.

You have your picture above for the christmas cheer, the sketch for inspiration and the twist is you MUST include ONE of the following:

* corrugated cardboard*
*stamping*
*paint*
*misting*
*stars*
*ribbon*

So here is my sweet daughter a couple of weeks ago during our first snow of the year.
Products:the crafters workshop snowflake template,  modeling paste, gesso, ScrapFx chippie, Donna Salazar Smooch Spritz, glitter...
 Here I just wanted to show the texture on the background. To give the snowflakes more dimension, I used several of Donna Salazars Smooch sprays.  I let the colors pool around the creases of the flakes and then used a wet wipe to lighten the tops of the flakes a bit.

I made the snow-woman out of corrugated cardboard that I painted with gesso and covered in glitter.  I hand cut the hat, covered it with denim, then added ribbon and a flower.  The scarf is also scraps off an old pair of jeans. The swirly piece is a chippie from ScrapFx.  I tried to make it look like the snowman was "blowing" a kiss.  I also added some glossy accents to the end of the nose, but instead of looking like an icecicle it looks like snot! :)
Thank you for looking!  I always appreciate your visits!
