Hiya! I have a quick post today for the reveal of Challenge #33 at Punky Scraps. I have been MIA alot lately, mainly because I've been searching for my mojo...I've looked everywhere but its nowhere to be found!!! However, I managed to force this layout featuring my "adopted" niece Alexis (that makes 3 nieces with the Lexi name). She is going through some tough changes and the quote from this weeks challenge reminded me of Philippians 4:6-7, and how it does us no good to worry!
The awesome window and letters are from scrapfx. I used a transparency behind the window then applied crackle accents to give a shattered glass effect...unfortunately, it didn't really crackle??? I don't know if its because of putting it on the transparency or what? I'm a bit of a ditz though, so I wouldn't be surprised if I used glossy accents instead! lol

Thanks for looking, and have a great weekend!!!!

This is really neat. And I am not seeing any lack of mojo by this masterpiece. I love that window and her image behind it. Amazing work.
I think you found your mojo ;-). This is beautiful - the window idea is really cool! x
So creative and beautiful!
Yep, not seeing any loss of mojo either! Beautiful job:-)
I see your mojo sweetie....this is just fab! Love everything about it! :)
I think it's unfair that you can create this with no mojo ... nah just kidding!! This is amazingly spectacular!
Hi there Miss Misty! I hope you are doing well! I know you said in this post that lately you've been seeking your lost mojo...but I think you might be wrong about that!:-) I absolutely adore this layout! The mix of pastel colors along with the textural design elements and other 3-D pieces (especially the window--how shabby and cute!) creates a touching keepsake for your young relative!:-)
Hey Hon !!what stunning page wow!!
hugs carla
Gorgeous LO!! Love the grungy style and misting/masking!! ~ Blessings

It's a great concpt beautifully rendered- didn't notice the window isn't shattered-the jail effect from the chipboard gives us a visual clue as to the theme. I rally like how you stayed true to the challenge posed by the quote without using the entire thing in your page.
Through-the-roof-amazing work. I feel like I could admire this page for an hour and still keep finding new details to adore.
Thank you very much for your sweet comment on my "Enjoying a rare night out LO". I really appreciate it, sweet gal.
Wishing you a gorgeous, creativity filled week ahead!
